Our story
A local sanitation company, built for the Valley.
American Site Rentals was founded in 2011 by a Phoenix general contractor tired of national brokers routing calls three states away, missing delivery windows, and losing units in the summer heat. We started with two trucks, a yard on Broadway, and one promise: a real person answers every call.
Fifteen years later, we run daily routes across every corner of Maricopa and northern Pinal counties — from downtown Phoenix high-rises to Buckeye subdivisions, from Scottsdale weddings to Casa Grande manufacturing plants. The trucks are newer. The fleet is bigger. The promise hasn't changed.
We're locally owned, family operated, licensed and insured in Arizona, and we still dispatch out of Phoenix.
